CHEST
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, just under the arms. Ensure the tape is level across your back and not too tight.

BICEP
Raise your arm slightly to the side as if showing your bicep, but keep the muscle relaxed—don’t flex. Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.

WAIST
Measure around the slimmest part of your waist—this is usually just above your belly button, where your body naturally creases. Keep the tape comfortably snug and horizontal.

How to Measure for Oxcloth Pants
Waist (solid red line): Measure around your waist where the waistband of your pants normally sits — slightly above your hip bones. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Inseam (dashed red line): Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle. This is the inside length of the pant leg.
